Almost 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!

Crazy to think that Kyle and I met for the first time almost two years ago. Ha ha! Can't believe how the time flies. Being married sure is an adventure. Ya never know what might present itself. Livin' day by day! I have decided to finish my associate degree at Dixie, and possible become a PTA. As long as the government is paying for it IT'S ALL GOOD! I'm falling more and more in love with St. George but I still miss my friends and family. Sometimes I think moving to a half way point between my fam and Kyle's fam would be nice. I don't think he really can understand how I feel because he has always been just a few miles away from home. Maybe, once we start a family I won't be as sad, but that won't be for awhile! Time will tell.

The light turns on!

I have always been a people pleaser. It is quite exhausting. Do people really even appreciate it in the end? Probably not. So, I have decided that I'm going to "let it be." Instead of trying to control situations to make them perfect I'm going to let them play out. Things happen for a reason and I JUST DON'T CARE ANYMORE :-) Feels great!

ONE WHOPPIN YEAR

We made it we made it to a year! Even though we came kickin and screamin we did it. Our anniversary was Sept 27th. Yes I am a slacker. I do must say that our anniversary weekend was quite the adventure. Kyle's sister got married that friday, his cousin got married that saturday and our anniversary was on sunday. Love was definitely in the air! Actually the week into it I was fearing there would be no anniversary celebration, but looky looky... everyone knows I like a challenge.

We went to Kolob for a camping getaway Saturday after the last wedding of the week. Yes I said it, camping! I enjoy camping more than anything. Sounds strange, but the thought of being that close to the stars and being part of the outdoors is so intoxicating. The crackle of the fire and the hypnotising flames. What could be better. We even had the lake beside us. It was just what the doctor ordered. Molly was not invited which made it that much more relaxing. AHHHH!

I love Kyle very much. Even though sometimes it seems like we should be caged away from eachother, there is love there. I never thought I would be the type to get carried away like this but I have. I never thought I would express my feelings for someone this way either. I feel like that really annoying Mormon that stands up during church for fast and testimony meeting EVERY MONTH and talks for 30 min while everyone else is chewing at their wrists or hoping for a miracle of spontaneous deafness. But hey, it's Life. And it is quite the adventure.

SYTYCD!

Well well what can I say about the final show of this seasons So You Think You Can Dance???
First off lets talk about the dancers... I can not dance, I have no rhythm, and I have no idea how much strength it takes to do what they do... but the way their ripped tummies look, I'm going to assume it takes a bit o effort. I do must say I quite enjoy the tumbling part of it as well. That part I can understand. Anyone who can do two back handsprings and a layout on a hard wood floor in dance shoes has my respect. I BOW DOWN.. TO YOU!
On a more negative note... When Kat Deeley announced there was going to be a surprise for the viewers I noticed the judges were no longer perched in their swivel chairs... and I knew right then and there that I was about to witness a big HOT MESS. Miss Mary Murfey MMMMMMmmmmmmmm sounds like a fictional character in a book. What the hell would you need the word Miss in front of your name if your first and last name started with an M... stupid idiot would suit her better. I got to thinking... Maybe just maybe, the surprise would be MISS MARRY MURFEY tied up like a pig under a fire with an apple in her mouth. Now that would be real entertainment.
I really enjoyed the dance in the white suits with the mirrors until the judges came out with their spirit fingers dangling about. I had to grab a pillow to shield my eyes. Mia is a large women, but at least when she moves her whole body moves in one piece. MISS MARY MURFEY on the other hand will shift her body to the left while her ass and underarms are still sagging to the right. And her HUGE GRIN, it's like something that belongs on CHUCKY. I had nightmares due to that SMIRK! Everytime she opens her mouth I wish I were deaf. Thank the heavens above for DVR so I can fast forward WTF she is going to say!

One thing I REALLY HATE

There is one thing that really just makes me super angry. That would be, dreams about being in HIGH SCHOOL again. What the HELL I have been graduated for over 4 years. I will dream about trying out for the basketball team at the age I am now, makes me nervous. I don't think I can even shoot a lay up . Man, I really think I put so much stress on myself in high school it's starting to catch up with me. Things like running for student body officer and homecoming queen happen quite often. What is the deal? Oh and you have to love the high school romance dreams. If that is not weird... I don't know what is. Waking up and seeing Kyle and trying to figure out how that came about and realizing... ya big goon you were DREAMING. Some of them are more like nightmares. My poor friends, I think I have had a dream about beating the SH** out of every single one. No clue why either. I love my friends. The best was the one I had last night. Trying out for cheerleader my Senior Year... random. I could not remember the dance...surprise surprise. I asked Tiffanie Siddoway to help me fluff my hair. funny funny

Henefer UT!

If there is one thing that Henefer UT does right, it would have to be the fourth of July. Granted, there are more people in the parade than are actually watching! You have to give them credit for trying! You know it's funny, after a parade down main street there are usually pooper scoopers that come and pick up all the crap. But no no... not in Henefer because Main St. is like the subway for the cows and sheep! There is constantly SHI* on the road. It's part of daily life! Not only that, but do not be surprised if the "men" of these livestock drives use the watering hose in your front yard as a drinking fountain at their liesure. Planning on making it to work on time???? Well, I sure hope you pull out before the stampede starts, otherwise you will be following the rear end of a smelly animal until you reach the freeway! "How's your Cows JOE?"

Gymnastics vs. College

Who would have thought that at age 22 I would still be involved with gymnastics. It's interesting! Going to college and working my butt off for a piece of paper, not even knowing exactly where I wanted to go! Right in front of my face was something I enjoyed, and something I was good at. Yeah.... I may not make millions of dollars but I would rather be happy doing something I like than miserable with tons of money. College is interesting, they don't care if you are succeeding as long as they get the check at the end of the month. And the poor people who worked half their lives for that "prime" job are now being laid off. I think it would be wise for all high school grads to take a few years to figure it out and then decide if college will benefit them. I went to 3 years of college, I learned a few things, nothing that would really help me score a job. I have decided that your personality, confidence, and who you know really is the ticket to success. And as long as your happy doing what your doing, you are LOADED! I don't work, I get to coach. I think there is a big difference. I wake up excited to coach these girls. How many people can say... yay for work today!
.
I finally have a picture of my level 4 girls
