
Have you ever just spaced out for quite a long period of time and came back and thought DANG what the heck just happened? That has been happening a lot to me lately. I think mostly because I put myself through a lot of unecessary stress and my brain gets fed up so it goes into auto pilot... I swear half my day I'm not mentally there. For example I can be having a one on one conversation with someone and after we are done talking I have no idea what it was about. OOPS! Dont take it personally GUYS my BAD.
